New Research Now Supports Nirahara Samyama as the Key to Anti-Aging

In an alarming discovery by Liliane R. Mujica-Parodi, university professor and researcher from Stony Brook University, a low-carb diet was connected to slowing down if not reversing the effects of aging in a human body.  

Dr. Liliane and her team first discovered that diet is a bio-marker for ageing in young adults.  Using neuro-imaging machinery, the team then mapped the brain’s ability to metabolize glucose across the its lifetime showing. A correlation was established between the brain’s ability to metabolize glucose and the lasting stability of the communication networks of the brain.

Finally, the team tested alternative sources of fuel for the brain which would provide more energy and further stabilize the brain’s networks. In this, they found that a low-carb diet as well as drinking ketone supplements together had provided more energy for the brain. What’s more; they found that this particular diet further stabilized the brain networks which were already destabilizing.  

Dr.Liliane and her team conducted this research with large-scale brain neuroimaging datasets of almost 1,000 people who are between the ages of 18 to 88 years old. The methods and scale of the research operation is as impressive as the results themselves and can be found published on the Stony Brook University website.  

These studies on the anti-ageing affects of a low-carb diet and ketone supplements on the brain ultmately support the ancient technique called the , Nirahara Samyama. In 2019,  HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam spoke on topic of Nirahara Samyama several times and its anti-aging effects. 

 

The Nirahara Samyama is a technique revived by HDH in 2012. HDH guided this unique diet and spiritual process which stemmed from the ancient vedic tradition. The technique is simple comprised of 21 days split over 3 levels. Level 1 is 2 days, one day break  followed by level 2, which is 7 days followed by one day break followed by level 3 which is 11 days. All through the three levels of days you must be on liquid diet.

 Liquid diet is any Liquids like water, milk, buttermilk, juices, thin porridges, soups, tea. The thumb  rule keep the stomach full and don’t take any thing that needs chewing , grinding , using your teeth.  Liquids must be of the consistency to slip easily through the throat. Over the last 8 years, thousands of people all over the world have practiced the Nirahara Samyama and experienced the immense benefits. This included being healed entirely from drug and food addictions, from diabetes, obesity and a plethora of all conditions that afflicted the participants. 

As the Nirahara Samyama being -though it is certainly not limited to- a low-carb diet, Dr. Liliane’s research shows that the affects of Nirahara Samyama can now scientifically include anti-aging as well.  In addition, many pharmacological studies have shown that herbal juices such as neem juice, and haritaki powder are also high in acetone and can be taken as ketone supplements. This diet and these herbal supplements which we take during the Nirahara Samyama simulate the same diets that the individuals of Dr.Liliane’s resarch went through.
